Bringing Heart Health to Communities across Australia
For many people, a Heart Health Check is the first time they’ve had a conversation about their heart health. It’s a simple moment, but one that can make a real difference.
Through the Victor Chang Heart Health Check program, free checks are delivered directly into communities across Australia, including regional and rural areas where access to preventative care is often limited and rates of heart disease are higher.
